What are your delivery charges and do you deliver anywhere in South Africa?

Yes! We deliver throughout South Africa. Best of all - delivery is absolutely free if your order value is R5000 or more. For orders below this amount we have a fixed delivery fee of R150.00.

Do you have special prices for resellers and traders?

Yes we do! But you have to apply for it by filling in our reseller application. You have to have a VAT No. or a business registration number to qualify. You can download our reseller application form by clicking on the following links. Natal and the Cape Provinces, please click here. For Gauteng and the rest of South Africa's Provinces click here. You may fax this to our admin department and we will inform you if you qualify for trade discounts. You must post us the original document with copies of your registration documents too.

Do you offer credit facilities?

We allow Credit facilities only to customers after a probation period of 1 year (subject to review) , and after their credit application has been approved. All new customers are required to purchase COD (Cash on Delivery) for the first year.

How long does it take to deliver my order?

It usually takes anything from 3-7 working days to deliver your order once we receive confirmation of your payment from our bank. If you pay by cheque, we will wait for the cheque to clear before dispatching your order.

How do I know that the quality of your items are good?

We have been in the stationery business for years and feel that quality is of the utmost importance as well as price. We offer a no-nonsense refund if you are not happy with the products. Our products are sold Internationally and have undergone stringent quality tests and quality control.

Do you have a cancelation and refund policy?

Yes we do.You are entitled to cancel your order for the Goods, without penalty, within 7 days of the Goods having been delivered to you. In such an event:
  • you will receive a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of the date of cancelling this agreement;
  • you undertake not to utilise the Goods; and
  • your agreement of purchase will be deemed to have been canceled

I am from another Country. Can I still purchase The Statesman brand?

I don't want to order right now, but I want a quote. Can I have one?

Yes you can. Simply add a list of items you need to your 'quote cart' and submit the request. We will promptly email you a quotation. This way we have a record of what you want and our staff can contact you.

How do I submit my order?

Click the Checkout button in the shopping cart. If you are a new customer, you will need to enter all of your address information. If you are an existing customer, you need to specify which address you would like your stationery sent to.

How do I pay for my order?

When you submit your order you may also pay by credit card, debit card, check, wire transfer, or cash. In case of and EFT the order goes to a salesperson who will contact you for payment for the merchandise and for shipping.

Common Question about prices on the site

Most of our customers often ask us to order stationery in large quantities for them. I need to find out if the prices on the web are per packet or per item?  The prices are per pack. It is a wholesale site. You buy in bulk and you get the estimated prices Some of the expensive items like pens are per unit price, you can see if it is unit or pack by looking at the 'Pack Quantity' For instance, if a marker or pen reads:  'Pack Quantity: Box of 12"  then the price is for 12 markers, which come in a box of 12 If it says :  'Pack quantity: 1" then the price is for 1 pen
